We want to talk to you directly, so we've decided NOT to use an answering service. We think this is best for our clients - this way we can make sure we understand what we're inspecting and we can answer your questions directly. Please understand that we can't answer our phones while we're inspecting, so it may take a couple of hours to return your call. We hope this is a small price to pay for the personal dedicated service you'll receive from us.

Therefore, we generally answer questions and book appointments while driving between inspections so email just doesn't work. You'll get us MUCH faster if you call. Hope you understand.
